Job is stable with no pay cut during the pandemic. This is really appreciating, however, hikes were deferred.

Dislikes

1. Terrible work life and personal life balance. 2. Good employees are made to work harder and harder. Average and below average employees are given less tasks. 3. Hike is not on performance basis. No matter how excellent you are, the hike you get will be same as the below average employee. 4. Employee favorism is common.

Likes

Teammates are supportive. Appraisals are fair and will get fine hike. Managers also good at recognising the deserved teammates.

Dislikes

Salary is Decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years for freshers...

- All policies except PL leave policy are good. - Job security is there, management and other departments are supportive. - Campus and culture is good. - The "best part" of this company is they provide WFH option. - During Covid pandemic, helped employees a lot.

Dislikes

...ts and don't the ways to retain them. Giving more priorities to US employees. - Salary structure is not appropriate. In some of the cases, it was found that reportees are getting paid the same or more than their supervisor, even though they have less experience and skills than their supervisors.

Genuine Review: Compensation is very less compared to outside, A lot of politics in Customer support at the Manager level, destroying the good environment of the process, Spreading negativity, talking & stabbing behind the back, Showing off, demotivating staff, taking others' work credits, unprofessionalism, favoritism.
