...ry month but salary cycle will be of 25-26. Anytime salary can be kept on hold. Salary deduction without informing you. Toxic culture. No HR department. Only chatugiri will survive. No skill development.

They make sure that the staff is secured with any harm, they do the activities based on, no lack in any of this thus.....no scarifies as they complete all their needs by every events. We do have many colleagues coming from various culture and from different places and caste. Work environment is quite happy as seems and the collaboration as well. This company has the policy of giving the chance to their ex-employees to work with them again happily without any questioning or any sort of enquiry ....its like giving an opportunity to grow n prove themselves.........

...about our performance, like what is lacking why cant we make it to the end...... other then that the compensation part is quite decent. We have given our all to the company to complete our work, even we have worked more then 8hours....

Likes

Arihant has flexible timings and flexible week-offs. This company has appraisals yearly basis and the HOD's from all the department are quiet supportive. This company didn't had HR person before but now they're expanding the HR team and things are going quiet well too. They just need to introduce leave policy and few employee benefits and there you go, one of the nice place to work.

Dislikes

To be honest few people are there like every company has, some employees who doesn't work but gossip and find problems in every department and person. These people are increasing toxic environment in the company. Few policies are indeed to introduce.

- Open Access with the top Management who are ready to listen. - Freedom to function with no interference from the Management. - Company has a positive vision and is on a growth path. - Chairman has a very good experience and understanding of all important areas. - Employee engagement activities are organized periodically across all levels.

Dislikes

Best practices of some good Companies could be added from time to time to remain with the competition.
