...and if archive gole, they appraisal person, Growing the career as limited areas. Salary wise not good, sometimes non Engineers getting more salary the experience Engineers. Installation and Servicing division getting the more traveling. Intrrnal politics is big issue. Learning more if you taking intereste.Works life balance 8s very low, if your not interested you means you die no one help you. But one things is very important and very body want to works because ARIHANT is a big Family and good working place.

...oing hard still he working the same post and other person getting senior post. And for salary also as per senior wants give whom and giving them only and you achieving every time but still bottom.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there's no on job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Saturday is off but when load comes you have to work on Saturday Sunday also

Dirty Politics from Manager Hr's, work load is more, If you left from office then they hold your salary, documents are also hold

Worst place to work. Not maintaining work ethics at all.

Company run by old boot lickers employees, who doesn't welcome any new process. Zero career growth and learning opportunity. You don't work as per your job role.
