Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). ...and if archive gole, they appraisal person, Growing the career as limited areas. Salary wise not good, sometimes non Engineers getting more salary the experience Engineers. Installation and Servicing division getting the more traveling. Intrrnal politics is big issue. Learning more if you taking intereste.Works life balance 8s very low, if your not interested you means you die no one help you. But one things is very important and very body want to works because ARIHANT is a big Family and good working place.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there's no on job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
