Salary always delivered on time. No delay in salary.

There was no limits of working hours for staff members. But limit for the morning time , if you entered after 9:10 AM your half leave will be deducted. But in a evening there is no limit. If you work 4-5 hours extra , all in vain.

The nature of Argl. company is very good, the work there is also very good, the people are also good and even if there is more work, people balance it by teamwork.

There is nothing particularly bad about the ARGL company, but sometimes the food in the canteen is useless, which is a bit bad.

ARGL is a good automobile company and All seniors helpful in this company. Culture is very good and I feel very good to work.

No body wants in management any person learn and they are not give any opportunity to worker for his better tomorrow New join person here working in office because they are came with a big reference like as plant head quality head etc. They are think other all person are fulish

I like abouth the company is not nore but here I have learnt lots of things about gauges,tools,machines,etc.

Worst management,work life balance is totally disturbed,people mentality,no growth without Sources, and many more things.
