Argano is a mothership where it keeps on buying small companies to become a billion dollar company.It serves US customers in the order of revenue are Oracle,Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce,Data Analytics and connect,strategic consulting management and Federal groups Some Pros -Udemy which is changing to linkedin learning -Open office calls with CEO and leadership where they mostly answer tough anonymous questions which is commendable -Flexible office hours -Shift Allowances -Year End office party

Since it's a mothership with new companies joining every quater policies and operating systems keep on changing and operational efficiency is tough to crack and uncertainty on its future Major Cons -Business Outlook as every company is looking for offshore/GCC to reduce costs and generate revenue but they are opposite and pitch for on shore losing valuable clients and revenue -Pay disparity is huge and if you are in good books of leadership with yes sir attitude or if you are friends with them you get rewarded no matter how you perform or how many certifications you have passed -Increments are less and double digit and promotions would be given to leadership pleasers and non performers without any certifications so they loose out on talent and they keep on hiring graduates and expect them to be rockstars -Oracle carrying the company single handedly and other units contribution for revenue is less and bleak future prospects for the offshore teams -Politics and ego clashes in global leadership as they flex and don't accept on a common goal as they all come into argano from different companies -Bonus pay policy is the worst where we need to maintain 80% utilisation or major chunk is gone and the total for the year is 2080 hours including holidays and PTOs which they provide -HR team is the worst if your manager is harrassing you and you complain they let the victim go and are not professional and open minded -Layoffs are a comman thing especially in HR,operations,Salesforce,connect,microsoft, Finance and it depends on utilisation and active projects for experienced folks which is less for offshore resources -Best Team to be in is Oracle CX ,then comes SAP as you would be atleast safe and rest all don't have much projects or won't push for offshore resources and offshore leaders don't have spine to push their teams or engage with onshore sales for projects -Offshore leadership are egoistic and not open minded and they take everything to their heart rather than course correction for betterment of the workforce and they don't have leadership skills or authority to take or influence decisions as they are just their to serve onshore leaders and be placeholders to manage offshore resources including the executives -Sales team doesn't have an idea on the resources capabilities internally and keep pushing for projects where delivery team isn't skillfull on and for onshore resources -The quarterly awards are a joke and you always see HR team and the same people in this awards every year where as other critical internal department folks are looked down purpose fully and ommitted
