I really appreciate the healthy working environment of the company as all the colleagues were very supportive and encouraging of each other. New challenging tasks were regularly given and feedback was taken thoroughly which helped in personal growth.Covid-19 rules and protective measures were strictly followed.

Dislikes

At times had to work for extra hours and on tasks after finishing yours. The timings are not very flexible.

I have 1 year worked in ARDE. The teammates behaviour is very good,Trainers are very good And companies all people's is also very good and helpful for me. I learned solidwork software in this company it's very helpful for me. Environment Management of the company is also good. My work experience is a Memorable moment for me in ARDE.
