It was just so so environment ,where u can only survive for little money only, seen so biased thing ,negative seniority or you can say lala type company , no job security,no increments,no growth ,no personal life left.

No sense of authority at your level, only work like a puppet no job security thy will take 3 months notice period and release employee without given any clarity or prior intimation , so bad in settling the full and final ,releasing relieving letter etc etc

Work culture is good But company having very bad reputation in the market as well as when you left the company they will hold your salary.

The company work culture worst than worst, not giving sallary on time, torturing, tremendous pressure of work, can't manage work life balance, while leaving the company, employer treating like enemy, giving wrong feedback, trying to spoiling the career while joining another firm.. overall worst company I ever worked with...
