Low Salary Hikes. No hikes from last 2 years, showing some or the other reason. Now pointing COVID as the reason for zero hike, but work pressure is high .

My manager is all the time aware of what trainindo we need to reforce, I've learnt a lot las 2 years in Arcserve the work environment is very good, work life balance is great, we have weekends off. It is very nice to work with Arcserve.

Dislikes

I don't like that I'm not into Arcserve pay roll and they say they are trying to get me in since 1 year ago, the salary isn't according to the Job I'm doing there

Easier to walk and talk to higher management. Good escalation matrix Small group of people with good work experience - great leadership team In my 6 yrs with the company, I never was forced to work overtime or over the weekends. Good work life balance.

My experience at this company was quite negative. After working there for six months, half of the team was fired without any explanation. When I asked the manager about it, they simply said it was due to over-hiring. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, especially since they fired the global team before establishing the Indian operation, which shows a lack of job security. Furthermore, there is little opportunity for professional growth, and no one seems interested in helping employees understand the business. The company only seems to care about reports, even if they lack sufficient data.
