...one by manager, they will quietly fix the issue without notifying management. 4. Salary will be credited on the 7th of the month. But if on 7th is week off, than salary will be delayed 5. The previous owner has sold this company without notifying the employee, and now new management is firing the employee. (also new management bad decision make client go) 6. Still working on Asp.net and not moving to new technologies

It is 5 days working now. Salary always on time. Only International projects. Permanent work from home during Covid-19.

Non performers or person who doesn't want to learn new things will not be able to adjust here. For me it is a good company for learning point of view.

Interview taker focused on frontend queries or console outdated applications ... Seems terrible handy on UI development i.e implementation. Confused when talked about dml and dql in single stored procedures, parameterized queries. Woh ghabra gaya .. bato se laga .. phir apne baat ko upar rakhne ke liye basic me phir move kar gaya .. Strange .. Never outlooked such shaky codger ever .. HR words 'At what you will attend' ... unprofessional language ...

Interviewer seems beginner or lack of practical knowledge. Majorly focused on basic concept. Asked about Rejex, alert message in Js, enums etc. Whilst slip definitions from my side. Set afterwards check it up google for search it out. Rejex for search for data strings with pattern. But on UI we are using Like %% operator with server controls and for enums we go through for each loop. For alert message we bind with dml commands on click events or data controls likewise grid or repeater. For web api either we go for soap architecture or REST with Jquery Ajax on webservices or api controller bind web methods and call methods either on webforms or simple html page.

Have to submit working hours for hole 9 hours daily. And don't sit relaxed for an hour, if have no work on your projects. Assign different project works for complete 💯 working hours. This will effect your overall rating.
