Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Since it's a new company, Work is good with new things to do everyday.

Dislikes

Salary is late almost by 1 month, terrible work culture, no timely appraisals, no benefitd. Please don't make the mistake of joining this company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, hight quality products and has a global client base. Also company export to abroad and company so many good company vendors like minda, mint, everyday etc. Company work environment positive concertante to our work to employees and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hirepolicy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high but growth in salary and seniors not helpfully. He not take any type of risk in work. Seniors fully pressurised to juniors.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
