GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...l peace to zero. Some teams are really great. But seems like my fate's cursed. The company does not pay overtime and you have to come on Saturdays even though its off, officially. Work distribution is very poor. The seniors make you do the major work. But at the TLs your senior would take the credit and you'll be tagged with kamchor*

Please guys never ever go and work there, because there payscale is very very low, and there is no personal life balance , there they always try you to work upto 10 o clock of night every day, with no extra pay.

There is nothing to like about arcop it's a worst place to work, low payscale they pay only 20k to architect, after having 10 yr of experience they will give you only 40k to 45k , in this sallary they will think that they have earned you, you have to work upto 9 to 10 o'clock of night every day, with no overtime.

I was working few months back under this team leader named ASHU ARORA has been extremely challenging. She has a toxic management style that creates unnecessary stress within the team, often pushing us into late-night and weekend shifts due to her poor planning and lack of organiation. The work life balance is almost non-existent One of the most frustrating aspect is her hypocrisy. She frequently say one thing and does the opposite leaving the confusion and frustrating, for example, getting leave approved is almost impossible, even if you are sick or dealing with a personal emergency and even than if you manage to take a day off , you are often expected to make for it by working over the weekends, which feel unfair and unrealistic. What’s worse is the way she exploits labour laws there is little regard for proper work hours regulations and the constant expectation to be available outside normal business hours feels like a violation of basic work rights. Create a toxic environment where employees are overworked undervalued and left with little room to recharge. It’s not just bad leadership. It is clear clear case of exploitation and I wouldn’t recommend working under her in any capacity. So this is high time for everyone to understand that not every time the new generation is to be blamed sometime it’s important to control the toxicity going around since long time.

The overall company is nice. There is a one team which is known to be toxic or popular for there toxicity(Head by Ar. Ashu kumar arora). That one team/team head don't respect the company rules. The learning in the starting was fine but due to overtime working/toxic culture , the learning comes to zero in just a two month period. There is an other team which look for the design part and this team do mostly working drawings for them. So, if you are looking for proper architectural designing its not the right place to start.

With the team lead the people in team are also became toxic with the time. they all just do work and work no matter if you are having any health issue or not. THE NORMAL WORKING TIME OF THIS TEAM IS 9.30AM TO 9.30PM DAILY. You can't leave the office before 8.30pm (Company/other team timings are 9.30am to 6.30pm). If you have completed your work before time they will give you another set of work. So, be caution!!!. The whole issue was overtime working without any financial benefit even on saturday and sunday.
