New inventions to torture employees, Senior Manager Bala and TL Jaffer both are mad people,they don't know what they are doing...they both just know to torture employees... Our working hours is 9 hours including break , if you complete your target within 4 or 5 hours, they consider your just half day present for the work, they calculate attendance by target, if you not complete your target within 5 to 6 hours then also they will torture you...they don't need you , they will find silly reason to remove.... Better search other company for your career.....i thought to don't give negative feedback, but it's happened with us...... Bala and jaffer removed many employees including senior who trained us including they took many initiative for them also they planned removed from the company, But karma not left them Bala and jaffer company throwed them out

There is nothing to like in this company who believes in hire n fire strategy, thy laid off employee in just 15 days and tht too the recruitment happened post BU head approval, this shows there is no proper forecasting and no accountability for employees job
