Company is too busy talking about personal affairs.Weak people are sitting as team leaders who are able to please the person on top.No security for women as no cab facility is there for those working in night shift.Ability and knowledge along with dedication is never recognised.Overall its pathetic. Thanks.

The training which was given to us at the time of joining was paid training which many start up organisation do not provide.The employer and other colleagues were well behaved and helpful.

Dislikes

The person who appointed me had issue with me regarding distance.The office was in Jadavpur and I stay at Dum Dum .My point is why didn't they make it clear while appointing that they need people from areas which are near to office premise so that there is no issue with punctuality ? Even a 5 mins delay mattered to him although most of the time I reached office by time.He wanted his employees to learn all the processes within a very short span of time which is less than one month.Every other company has a probation of 6 months .And one fine day he drove me out for being incompeitent . So this company has terrible job security.
