The wrost company ever, Late salery and many times your salery will be hold,due to very small mistakes, it has been 1 years to leave the company but my salery is still hold, one thing i would like to suggest you that if you have to join either Archonics or hell, please must join Hell, because if you join archonics your life will be autometically hell, yes one positive thing is that about this company is if you want to see the actual meaning of life is ,you must join, if you can survive 3-4 days without food ,you must join, because company nothing cares about you,in which situation you are in, death or alive?

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
