Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Need to stramline certain things which creates more confusions on site during execution Also need to source alternative vendors. Too much dependency on a particular vendor creates pressure for themselves also for ours on execution

Dislikes

Working time is fixed. it can be better if it is flexible time for minimum 30 min. (ex: check-in time 9.30 to 10 am and checkout time 6 to 6.30pm but should be 8 hours per day). it will help to manage any other personal works & responsibilities regarding bank work, dropping Children to school and etc.
