...efore.now new management and some Kerala Managers no carrying hard work people.so many serious worker's working long time getting low salary only.who will get good increment and good bounce and grade change all the benefits get only Kerala people. This company now with Kerala people hand Other state and national people no have support inside management This all my own experience . Hard work no use only need samcha and Kerala people support Very important : big politics going on sarco Kerala management helping only Kerala people Am requesting to sarco management please help poor people.so many serious hard worker working long time.they lost age and energy until they get low salary. They don't know how to communicate with management people.language plm. They afraid may be company will terminated us if will ask to management Directly But they are hard worker Without this people can't finish the project. I like mr.mohamed kisk project manager. He helping the worker who is doing really hard work He visiting all the time to site very good manager Samcha people he finds

our Company is maintaining best staff welfare policy, also like re-hire policy, timely salary & good accommodation & food facility. any urgency travel , company will arrange immediate action. giving responsible based on work experience

In manner of facilities ,company is pretty good, but Career growth and other development is not so vertipreture

Long working hours. No travel compensation coz we spent 5 hours aprox in travel. Worst management i ever seen, lack of decision unity

...you prove yourself you will get full freedom to take any major decision at site. They never delay the salary.

Very hard to get promotion. Lot of politics. Sites are foreman's kingdom. They are like god in the site. Most of the engineers are depends on foreman.

The well-fare being provided for Junior employees were average. Salary was never delayed. Though the negative surpasses the positive, I am thankful they brought me to UAE from the State of Qatar.

Dislikes

ARCO do not give over time pay in the offshore project I joined. Though I work hard as a marine work assigned HSE Officer, I was issued a notice of removal from an ongoing project via email due to redundancy when I was on my vacation (from a consecutive 8 month work offshore) in my home country. I work over time for free including Friday work without pay. Working with ARCO is a not so good experience for me in the UAE.
