Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Company didn't support through covid 19. They cut the salary. And when i asked for my full salary they forced me to resign.

1. All the employees of Archies never feel unsecured regarding job safety. However, I would like to thanks of Archies for caring their employees in one of recent pandemic covid 19 for job security puropose. 2. The work environment of the company is very friendly and supportive. 3. The management of the company is very cooperative either for it's employees or customers regarding all the sales and other job services. 4. Archies made very convenient policies for their customers as well as it's employees to get best services of same organization.

Nothing is good there

Dislikes

No job security, no appraisals infact without any information they used to deduct 6-20% of the salary. Work environment is very bad. By working in Archies you will make your career hell.

Working in archies is great experience. Working environment is friendly and staff is very supportive. The way of working is sorted. Office timings are flexible but sometimes it was not but that happens in rare cases.
