I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

My salary very low but my business is very much higher.

There is nothing to be liked about this company especially veneer division. They always have conversation in abusive language.Poorest and Biased work culture. RM and National Head use bad language with their staff.

Good organization to work in. Have entire range of products. Very well organized company. Having great time over here. Very supportive seniors.

Join only if you have internal connections.. If you are individual joiner then don't take risk.. Poor support culture..

No one here takes responsibility. They will fire you any time at any point of their interest. Rubbish peoples on higher position.

Overall Archid group may be good but They don't have any plan and functions to operate so as result they do only royalty business and don't have own production

They don't have any work life balance job security and any plan to run the industry . Also they do hire employees just for there own benefits
