No Job Security _ HR initially offers attractive promises,however when project ends, you will find yourself without a new assignment. In such cases, expect a waiting period of 02 - 03 months without salary, essentially facing layoff. HR management _ HR is poorly managed, delays in issuing ID cards and processing perks and benefits will be common. Upon leaving the company, obtaining your experience certificates will be an ordeal. Former employees often made to wait in office lobby for days to recieve their exit documents,which appears to be a delibrate tactic to express the grudge of higher management. Company Culture _ Despite its MNC presence, the company culture is highly toxic. It operates with a vertical management structure, lacking diversity and inclusivity. This environment can be discouraging for employees seeking a supportive and diverse workplace.

Daily torture in aspect of time sheet filling even knowledge potential personals. Without proper job assignment how the person can....

Very bad working culture, if a professional staying long time even don't have adequate knowledge, he is acting super superior....very bad

Good management team and training development given to staff. A very good place to work under Mr. Sivakumar (Operations Director) & Mr. Tony Mills (Managing Director).
