No training, fake promises, fake Variable compensation shown everywhere, aunties as Practice managers to kill your inner personality and personal life, nothing is appreciated here, just need reasons to deduct your salary, toxic work culture, cockroaches everywhere, mates are getting food poisoned, dnt even approve the sick leaves, fake office address of Dubai, there’s just 2*2 apartment where the owners husband wife life together and have the audacity to call it office everywhere, dnt fall for their promises like growth and international trips, there’s nothing like that you’ll get here, it’s a fake image and hype they create in market by interviewing and assessing on such high standards, it’s a legit Galla Company, we fell for their lies and coated words, please dnt fall for it, even all the good reviews on job boards are fake. Full fakes! Please dnt fall for any such things like us🙏 They’ll make your life hell in the name of hustle.

Now working life balance. My manager used to ask me to work after going home. I would get calls at 1 am in the night from my manager. My CEO would text me at 2 am in the night. Because of the such amount of stress and sleepless nights my health started to fall. I had been hospitalized and when I told my manager this then she said oj please apply for leave but please be available on call because she needed me to fill a traker (excel sheet). This is next level toxicity

- Be ready to work hard to get growth - Not everyone can work at this fast paced work hence some people find it difficult to handle and may crib for unnecessary reasons especially first timers
