...ompany if you are looking for job security, career growth, or fair compensation. The salary is lower than industry standards, and promotions or hikes are almost nonexistent. The management frequently blames revenue issues for the lack of raises, but at the same time, they keep removing employees as part of cost-cutting measures. Work-life balance is terrible, with unrealistic expectations and no consideration for employees' personal challenges. There is no proper monitoring of work or guidance for skill development, making it difficult to grow in your role. The company culture is extremely toxic, dominated by office politics. Many employees are hired based on personal references from the CEO or senior management, leading to favoritism and an unfair work environment. Half of the office consists of relatives, making it difficult for outsiders to get fair treatment. If you're looking for a stable job where your efforts are recognized and rewarded, this is not the place for you.
