#1. Good offer & benefits. #2. Multi billion projects from government. #3. Well expose on site works.

Dislikes

There is no proper evaluation, most of the time those who are active and knows the job well are always candidate for termination (80% of the Senior positions are not aware of their work, they're like bigginers) and seems the top management didn't want to finish the work in time because all are government projects. They will hire all their relatives, friends etc... Bad politics inside.

The worst employer I have ever had. They don’t care for their emplyees, and they don’t fill their contractual abligations, such as yearly salary reviews and bonuses. I strongly do not recommend Archen as a employer

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
