Exposure to outside india.

Dislikes

Everything. No HR & finance policy. No parity on salary structure. Only talking no implementation. No accountability, HODs are not technically sound in their respective areas neither select technically suitable candidates, as their positions will be in stake. Too much planning implementation is zero. Advisors hired of no use though they ve vast experience but in organization value adfition is zero.

I wish I could write something here!

Indeed the entire organisation is pathetic, however, following are few points: 1. No Proper Communication regarding the HR and other Financial Benefits to the new joiners and other people. 2. Everytime we go to the HR and Admin, they came up with some new excuse or some new policy which infact Mr. Mittal may be unaware of. 3. The HR team is more of a problem creating unit rather than a problem solving one. 4. Both the HR and Finance Head are old fellows sitting just to suck the organisation funds and do nothing. 5. The Top Management is filled with the most insecure persons because they themselves don't do anything and neither they push their subordinates to grow. 6. The persons occupying the top management are self driven and credit stealers who doesn't want their subordinates to grow. 7. The Top Management is simplying draining the Organisation funds into their own personal leisure without giving any value additional output to the organisation. 8. The HR team is just bogus, they hire people but don't register them in their payroll instead they register them in the records of some third party vendor making a joke out of the candidates potential. 9. The HR and Finance Head is seen joking, gossiping and mocking around the floor most of the time rather than taking the onus and responsiblity of the chair. 10. If are good at buttering and don't have a self respect then this organisation is best for you.

Nothing special.

Dislikes

1. Despite its association with ArcelorMittal, this company, AMDEC, operates with stark differences from its parent organization. 2. HR misleadingly presents it as part of the core ArcelorMittal group, while in reality, it offers none of the facilities or benefits (like salary structure, other facilities) associated with the larger entity. 3. Though the name tout itself as an engineering company, but in reality, it is an Technical Evaluation Report preparation company. 4. For the freshers seeking technical or financial growth opportunities, this company offers little to none. Learning prosperous are scant, with no avenue for skill development. 5. The HR department is good for nothing. This department is headed by a third class person who prefers to idle away the day under the guise of being 'badly tied up'😂. Employees face prolonged waits for appointment letters, often enduring a cumbersome process that can stretch over two months. Regarding the company policies, HR prefers to keep employees in the dark. 6. Management is egoistic and biased, favours sycophancy over meritocracy. Hardwork goes unnoticed, while those adept at self-promotion thrive. Moreover, top-management lacks competence, making them susceptible to exploitation by some of the HODs. 7. Compensation structure lack clarity, with designations and salaries seemingly arbitrary. 8. The mistreatment continues upon resignation, with bonuses and paid leave unfairly withheld, subjecting departing employees to undue harrassment in obtaining release letter and experience certificate. Therefore, before being attracted by the prestigious 'ArcelorMittal' name, be aware that AMDEC functions more akin to a 'Fly-by-night' operation, where promises of advancement and fair-treatment are but illusions.
