Bahut he bekar company hai. Salary kabhi time pr nhi dete.. Incentive ka lalach deke kaam khub karwate hai pr jab Incentive Dene ki baari aati hai toh every month kuch na kuch excuse deke taal dete hai. Maximum girls ko hire karte hai taaki unse khub kaam karwa sake free ka...aur salary ke naam pr chillar dete hai. So, I won't recommend anyone to work here

Guys don't join this organisation in Wearhouse.this upper management specially AVP of SCM directly put the employee on PIP without any reason pls don't join organisation

No job security No management every month new senior join and pressuring on ground staff.every top management specially AVP torchering to manager level employee. No any training in any department directly join on work and AVP SCM expected to output in Next day of joining. Only politics in top 3 people CEO need to look into this else company will goes on minus because of this type of top management

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
