ARC fertility and research centre is very bad place to work. Employees are harrased to achieve walkin targets.very bad Leadership and management. Particularly in chennai centre.

Good work environment. Excellent training is given to new joiners. Teammates were helpful. Company policies are good. The Standard of the hospital and the nature of work environment was impressive . My work and life balance was satisfactory.
