They never care about you only the thing is you will get dihari in time.I am not saying salary because salary exist for professional but for them new professional and labour both are same.They treated same way. So it's is totally depends on you if you want professional engineering exposure then this is not the company you looking for if you want to become labour then join this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a not judged quality of the man and doesn't matter of education.

Office culture and environment is good. Staff of office is good and supportive. Salary is no enough just survey only.

...yees are misbehavior. Job security is flexible. Job interview have many rounds. Low salary and high work and govt Scheme benifit.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salaries hike and bonus every year.

Total 5 Director in company... So family issues bhaut hai.... Jisse employees mai impact dekta hai... Only pro clutch director is soo good & Oem director is good. Baki sab director angry & arrogant hai... Vendor ke payment cut karte hai.....full year job mai bus 1 k saleri increase karte hai... Sab work manul hota hai. Every project ka work ka budget kam hota hai jisse ye low quality se compromise kar lete hai....
