Salary was the only benefit. Nothing else could be good due to one of the old employee.

New comers are not welcomed. Jealousy, politics and bad behaviour of an old staff caused alot of loss of good employees in the company and obviously growth of the company as well.

... account and 1 operational head who is incharge of clearing Pankaj Kumar's mess. There is no bonus, no sick leave, no cl, no paid leave.. most of his staff is paid in cash. More over posts are opened on trial basis and will shut down in 4mths that was my experience with this company.

Working wity Aramuc has been a good experience overall. People are friendly and helpful. It feels like another family. Everybody is ready to help each other. It has mini staff and that makes it possible for people to bond well. There are really good mentors working at Aramuc who are always ready to guide. I got a chance to handle the Dubai division and interacting with international clients in such a short span after joining this company was challenging as well as a opportunity of a lifetime. One of the rarest organisation that supports women development and growth is Aramuc.

Dislikes

...difficult sometimes due to client demands which can lead to working on weekends. Also, compensation and allowances are not that attractive as well. However, a good work environment there balances it all.

Good work-life balance. Friendly and supportive environment. Flexible timing and alterternate Saturdays off

Lack of organized set-up and management. Delay in payments at times. Limited growth opportunities
