...plan for the future and we are not satisfied with our company policy anymore. From my side, I have rust experience in my gulf life with this company without bonus, increment, and final settlement as well. From the upper-level management (Some People) they got the final settlement on their own way with the support of some great people and leave the company silently and what about the others which they had burned that blood and finished the job with a small amount of the salary and till date they all people are not asking but bagging of the final dues with along time of the court decision. what about those people behind on him/her (that family) who are waiting for that dues money to finished those future dreams. Good work environment and culture. Managements and team members are supportive and transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salery.

There is a lot of polotics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... global client base. Safety and quality were given special care in this company. Every year salary increases. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...ining but since the manager was good, workera tend to do good in their jobs too. Salary waa okay but for me, ahould have been a bit higher due to my reaponsibilities. But over all, itwas good.
