I have worked more than 16 hours and all the fridays during the peak time and I was told i will be paid extra for that, but at the end i didn't get even a single penny. It was very much disappointed for me when i remember my extra working hours during the very peak time and full pressure was from out client Adnoc. At that i have worked really hard. I know the company is very good but the management who promised me have failed in their promise. They don't have guts to talk to higher management for the promises they are making which spoils the company's name. And in Ruwais refining the Admin department have spoiled the name of company. If i get the chance to talk more deply, sure i will disclose the weakest point of the Admin department.

I am happy that in this pandemic AISTS Company supporting when all over the world have been facing lockdown we cannot go to our home coz all international flight cancelled company provide us accommodation and food along with special allowance for survival. That aamazing. Thanks AISTS.
