I had very worst experience in this company, they have not treat work manpower in safe and gentle manner. Supervisors force to work without any safety.

There is tremendous scope for learning while on job. I gained much as far the technical knowledge is concerned. I liked the work culture and the encouragement employees get is very significant. In fact, I look forward to more opportunities to associate myself with Arabi Enertech KSC and that gives me a sense of pride.

Dislikes

Frankly, I had liked very much working at Arabi Enertech KSC. The only thing I may be allowed to say is that periodical appraisal would be more desirable in so far as the capabilities of workers come in fore and that would help them in putting in their best efforts towards their assignments and get paid appropriately.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
