In lockdown, they have furloughed many employees for the month of April. I have received no salary in the month of April, but received only 45 percent salary for the month of May and June

Nepotism is very much prevalent here as well as strong regional bias. Very bad work culture.

I have been working at this company for over a year, and I have learned a lot from the training and support that they provide. The company encourages employees to learn new skills and technologies, and offers various opportunities for professional development. I appreciate the quality of the work environment and the culture of collaboration and innovation.

...lso have some concerns about the compensation and career growth at this company. The salary hikes and promotions are very rare and inconsistent, and do not reflect the performance or potential of the employees. I feel that the company does not value or reward its talent adequately, and this affects the motivation and morale of the staff.

Helping in healthcare of patients. Right now, they have given systems to work from home, not sure how long it will last.

Dislikes

...rges while working from home. Sudden reduction in offs without prior intimation. Targets set in a way where you will lose salary if you take leaves. No salary hikes from a long time. There was also a visit from a labor inspector a few years ago at the Bangalore RMV facility cause of complaints from the employees. HR and management have no ears for employee problems.

Work life balance was good. Minimal office politics on floor. The managers were helpful and considerate.

Dislikes

Unnecessary salary and night shift allowance cuts. Illogical targets and requirements mostly when wfh started for pandemic.

If u want leave they will make u resign forcefully and then will deduct salary..no job security terminated at any time bcoz of audits or if u want leave..shift timing are hectic no work life balance

Nothing to like...they cut salary for taking leave also make u resign forcefully..would highly recommend freshers not to join they have bond policy..
