work will be like apprentice work then no skill aren't develop or Learn,no permanent job,work for some years only.

Good company culture activities and management, it's is good product manufacturer, no stress good freely environment working,

Employee as working temporarily 2 years only not comformed and salary bacakge is also not level up,

Work is good and awesome environment. Teammates are supportive and helpful. Company policies are good.

There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Then, salary is decent but career growth is slow.
