It is very worst company in my career. They are not willing to give the last month salary when resign the jab. They won't answer for our questions.this situation is not only for me. Its for all ex employee so I fell aqua excel is worst company

Ther is no growth for the employee and and this is not a proper company they won't give the salary and traveling alavance on correct time

...usiness with no targets. Later on company started giving targets which is heavy. And every month they will increase target but they will not increase salary even for every year. If situation is bad, then manager escapes by keeping the situation on executive. This is happening in this company.

Dislikes

Company want only sales. They don't consider any of our feedback which we get from ground. They will not support to sales team in any kind of format. Regarding claims,they will not give immediately, if we apply now then they will give after two months. Regarding appraisal,they will not give every year. Regarding bonus, they will give previous years bonus this year. For any new joing employee, they will not give bonus for 1st year. And leave encashment, they will not give this to employee.
