Company level employee benefits are very good, India head is very supportive. Work Life balance is very good. Company culture and core values keeps the work environment friendly. Company did good appraisal even in the time of Pandemic, Yearly hike is much better than most of the companies average 10% or more.

Dislikes

Current QA management structure is not good and micro management is started because of the same.

The best company that I have worked so far. During Covid19 pandemic company is ensuring the well being of all the employees globally and we have been asked to work from home or remotely. Company is taking all measures for well being of all it's employees.

Not much vertical growth.

Working here from a year, Apttus Software has a great work environment and really a great colleagues to work with. Your work & personal life will be balanced perfectly as there's NO restrictions on clockIN & clockOUT the only clause is you make customers / clients happy/satisfied.

Very quick changes in decisions which might panic the ground level team in Apttus to understand.

People in APTTUS are very practical and simply they don't want seat warmer. They give you ample opportunity and freedom to work with your suitability. Good opportunity for Salesforce technology people.

Too much of work from home. No real growth for business analyst profile. Usually act as personal assistant to a solution architech. Have less say in things and less ownership.
