Terrible work life illiterate people They don't understand employees' concerns at all they always reject leave and abuse employees and say nikal dunga to everyone They don't care about mental health about employees . Incentive never came on time

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of e team that markets reliabile, high quality products and has local clients base plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to manage all the store activities and staffing. Senior managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appriciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. There is no guidance by seniors,which is a pain sometimes.

I have worked as a service technician in Aptronix is a worst place to work. No training will be given to employee and no one cares about employees if they struck with any problem. Very less salary. No genuine repairs or replacement of iPhones or iPads.sal

Company supported in covid period and every year company provide full 1 salary as a bonus.

The company is not focusing on the Mumbai region, no promotions from the last 2 years of a single employee, their Stock audit system is very bad, if a shortage comes company deducts from the salary of the employee saying it is been theft, but excess of double the amount of shortage its been taken stock invert. Which forces maximum employees to do illegal tradins to cover their losses.
