Nothing I like about it to much pressure they don't have a roadmap ahead of them still they are dependent on software from marsh and mclennan

Everything the only motive of managers is to get work done ,rude behaviour is common very stressful environment.. no work culture

Aptia Mumbai office is worst work environment. Management is pathetic. They only target the employees and achieved revenue. They don't value the emotions and feelings of the employees. They only know th targets to b achieved. That's it.

Dislikes

Worst company. No job security. It depends on managers favouritism policy.

Nothing, no New technology to work on ... They are using the old legacy tools, and even if any new technology comes... They would hire someone from the outside the company.

Dislikes

Management is bad and no appreciation is done for the work you have done. If only any automation work then only it will be counted.
