salary very low. Company policy not followed by management. Saturday off they don't provide as it is company policy. No bonus, increment is very bad not care for employees. No one listens to you. Upper manager and TL behaviour is not good.

...r here but its a service based company and people don't get much appraisal here. But its best for freshers to gain experience and have fixed decent salary.

Retention rate is high due to low appraisal and not much growth. I suggest to work here for 1.5-2 years max and get a good jump.

Don't expect promotion as well as salary hike . Never join aptara there is no growth in financial and personal skill . I saw that people have working since 10 years and there salary is around 25 .

there is no job security not in temporary and not also company payroll there is no security, this is only based on company work if work is over than you secure when less you dismiss, and there management peoples are all cheap.... ALL FRAUD !

main problem of employee salary, salary is very down in the company thats why most of employee left the company .... me too

Worst company i have ever seen in my career. Only one thing is good salary are on time and job security

Very Worst organization very bad management no appraisals employee are supposed to working sat sun. No work-life balance, no extra bonus compensation.
