Trivandrum Location - Unethical management with, Completly biased management, Reginal and language discrimination especially at Trivandrum location. They idiots will recruit mallu people only and show a lot of regional and group related attitude They will not accept others. Unskilled teams, they don't know the meaning for training, insecure job, zero career growth, zero appraisal for many years, Innovation wise, they are lazy lumps. Very poor amenities - No tissue in the restroom, people are using the credit card statement for that purpose! No fans, no AC - entire floor will be stinking in the urinary smell because they didn't clean it for a decade. Management will not understand and listen to what you say. They are dumb and deaf. If you want to stay lazy, don't want any growth, sit like a lazy lump, this is the best place to join. Good luck!

I liked the ambience in general. The feeling of working for a big company as most of the content writing, copyediting services are relatively smaller ones. On time salaries, good food, hygiene etc are plus points of working with big firms.

... that I have scored the highest. They also commended my performance in the test. The HR offered me a okayish salary and I said Yes. Everything was decided and the HR gave me the joining date and also told me that she will be sending me offer letter. I didn't receive any offer letter and so I showed up directly on the joining date. I waited and sat there for a couple of hours after which an HR executive called me to tell that the manager I have previously worked with has given a negative feedback for me and so they can't proceed with the hiring. This was ridiculous on so many terms: 1. For the 4 months I worked with Aptara, I worked with utmost dedication and perfection too. I can present appreciation notes by my seniors as testimony that my performance was quite up to the mark. 2. I did have an argument with a senior once but that got resolved soon. The senior took it personally and for seven months he had borne his grudge against me- so much so to extort my job after such a period of time. 3. Ludicrous how his personal opinion mattered after 7 months and not my excellent score and performance in the test and office while I worked with them. I have heard this many, many times that there is lot of politics going on in Aptara. I never believed in any of that until it happened with me.

... for freshers. Its an employee friendly company that makes you feel comfortable. But they provide low salary with high volume of work.

There are up-to-date many time salary increase allow to speak. manager are not respond salary increased yearly base not good.for example 2,3 year waiting increased. Job culture disappointed they have work load to load. So that ?

I spent about 1.5 years at Aptara Company. And I have neither learned nor explored my skills. Pros: Salary only on time every month. Cons: 2. Before joining HR will tell that working time is 9 hours from Monday to Friday. Once you join the company, you will have to work 9:30 hours from Monday to Friday. 1.No skill development, no learning new techniques. 2. Sit on a chair for 9:30 hours 3. No Apraisal in the year 4.Restricted browser is troublesome for studies. 5. If you go to ask any questions from other department , they will not answer properly 6. Once you enter the company at 10 am. You will not go out. Therefore you will go out only at 2 pm. like a prison 7. There is no security for your property if someone steals. 8. Company holiday will be extended to the working day which is working on Saturday. So no holidays, work 5 days and get benefits Overall bad experience with this company
