Earlier company was giving almost all facilities because it follows ISO standards.

...its are distributes among the top lavel management. Forget about the increments. Only the salary you get on time other than benefits.

It's a good company but the management is poor and they provide salary to each employee is very low...overall under Project Management I mean CSA is a good designation in APTARA ...

I spent about 1.5 years at Aptara Company. And I have neither learned nor explored my skills. Pros: Salary only on time every month. Cons: 2. Before joining HR will tell that working time is 9 hours from Monday to Friday. Once you join the company, you will have to work 9:30 hours from Monday to Friday. 1.No skill development, no learning new techniques. 2. Sit on a chair for 9:30 hours 3. No Apraisal in the year 4.Restricted browser is troublesome for studies. 5. If you go to ask any questions from other department , they will not answer properly 6. Once you enter the company at 10 am. You will not go out. Therefore you will go out only at 2 pm. like a prison 7. There is no security for your property if someone steals. 8. Company holiday will be extended to the working day which is working on Saturday. So no holidays, work 5 days and get benefits Overall bad experience with this company
