Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and friendly in nature . Management is transparent and supportive. Company policies are good. They give bonus every year .

Dislikes

Appraisals are not fair and they are not giving good salary hikes .

I like my team very much. They are very supportive in all aspects. They are kind and very much friendly. As per my knowledge this not the case with other teams.

No salary hikes they hire you for very less salary. You will not get exposure to popular domains like insurance, banking, hospitality etc

Purely comfortable for married women and mothers. They can work with no pressure. For freshers it is good for learn any other courses

Dislikes

No hikes and benifits , no work and team work will not be there and events will not conduct properly for singles it is worst to join in this company .salaries also very low and not a corporate cultured company at all

Actually i appreciate that the work environment is conducive to continuous learning and knowledge acquisition.the exposure to diverse projects and collaboration with experienced professionals has allowed me to gain valuable insights and enhance my skills as a software developer.
