...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work pressure is high there is no on job training for freshers hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain some times

I was working under assistant engineer he was giving several guidelines about the parameters present in the field of substation where I have been worked and I think this platform was good for my career, although it was not my permanent job but I learned alot working here, salary was quite good and it's an local area so there were not alot of expenses for me,

Although they were some staff mem who were not so good to me and also with my co-workers

it is a place where one can learn work knowledge , and to keep good health by participting in sports and games lead a life without any finanacial problems since every one is getting hand some salary

certain times we have to experience hardwork due pressure from higher authorities which leads confusion in accounts numbers etc.

Comfortable working hours. Management is very friendly nature. Feels like i am working at my home. I had been beautiful memories throughout the years... I had a great time with my colleagues..
