I'am glad here working with this company with having supportive working environment just feel like home . Company's management & policies are suitable for all employees as per there requirement and everyone would love to work like this without having the pressure and work stress.

Company is good to work anywhere in india. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that works fast on projects. In the company career growth also after learning any types of work regarding site work. Work environment is not typical, but in the company payment not timely paid means time not fix of the sallery. If any one person join this company regarding trainee time is good. But payment not timely paid so work life no balance.

This company is construction from road and hydro project. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that finance reliable and has a client base. As a result I get to a normal travel especially to Head office and region base camp office. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the full day and growth is slow. Manager do not value on individuals unique strengths. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most o the times. Also, there is no-on job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
