Dislikes

Earlier it used to be good. Now culture is toxic. Notice period is very long. WFH is not allowed. Salaery id also not according to perfomance, lot of nepotism and favouritisim in company. Atmosphere in office is work only, no fun, only work. No fun in general also. No outing. Dont expect other perks also, there is gym membership only. No individual health insurance, forget health insurance for family members. No promotions because it is a "flat organization" which is false. Employees are somtimes survellienced by cameras, they track time also. HR is a joke. They are totally remote. They organize activity by video calls. No WFH for employees but HR is never in office. Overall, very poor culture.
