No job security. They hire impulsively and can fire you anytime with any random excuse. Also, would want you to work more than your KRA. All the promises they make while hiring and during interviews are mostly lies.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this organization, marked by naivety at the top management level. The leadership is highly unprofessional, often belittling employees while boasting about themselves. Despite being a startup, they are already facing financial issues, which leads them to lay off employees within a month, without giving them enough time to familiarize themselves with the company and its operations. Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are initiated as early as 15 days into employment. If you fall sick and request leave, they demand medical reports and blood tests; otherwise, those days are marked as unpaid leave. The management is highly unempathetic. They frequently remind employees on calls that salaries are coming directly from their pockets and demand results even during holiday periods in the USA. The founder displays a pseudo-intellectual attitude, contributing to a toxic work culture. Their involvement in US staffing is equally unprofessional, as they lack even a basic understanding of the industry. The focus is more on feeding egos than accomplishing real work. I strongly advise against joining this company if you value your career

Working environment is super awesome. Here I got chance to work on different technologies and all were amazing. Now, come to teammates just 2-3 are good and professional and all others play politics and degrading the company’s environment. Salary appraisal is good if you have guts to ask that you want this much otherwise nothing to say. Company’s owner are higly helpful and surely listen to your problem whenever you want.

The most disgusting thing is folks in company are making groups like testing team and development team this cause lots of politics to pull you down. In present scenerio, everyone is busy to prove themselves superior. To sum up, I just wanna say you will feel top level of politics.
