...ou have good projects you will treated differently than when you don’t have any. Salary increments are not good they just do little increments and give any reason. There is a 2 year bond for freshers and there will be no senior member to guide you. You need to learn and code yourself.

I love culture of Organization given by Management. Regular sessions and fun activities are the most likely things you should go. Management is very good. They think about individual growth.

... backward and dont work. I am not sure why management bears such kind of people. They do not want to work and expect highest pay hike.
