Currently nothing to like …toxic environment and toxic management

2-3 month delay in salary payment. No inovative ideas Lies and manipulation Toxic management HR department is worthless Even the TDS and EPF which is deducted from salary is not being deposited Expected to work for more than 10 hrs a day and weekend also

Few colleagues are helpful and supportive other just want to get the work done they don't care if it's late night or whatsoever.

Dislikes

- Salary not on time , - If you are working on client side then they will forget you wether you are a member or not , now if client is making you work for 12- 17 hours a day, they just don't care. - No salary hike

There interview process is terrible. They rescheduled my interview 3 times from there side and then canceled it, without inform me. They don't treat there employees nicely, neither during process nor after selection. Join on your own risk!!!!

The worst company, no job security only family relationor relative of ceo, manager are working there ,no scope of growth ,no one is supportive and last but not the least Hr is very selfish.

Company provides excellent platform for career growth. If you have learning attitude, you will grow to greater and even greater height. Management is also good though at some point of time you will feel that it is bad. Overall it is a great company that has great capabilities for deserving candidates. Job security depends upon your work; if you are hard working your job is secure otherwise you will face problems (like it happens with most companies). Companie's policy are ok; can't say it to be good.

Dislikes

At the time of appreciation you will have to remind the management. People doing politics are are dealt with great care and appreciation. It is only due to some people that company's work culture appear to be bad but actually it is not so.
