I didn't find any single as any organization can put employees career at stake for their benefits then it's not good at all.

So, in case you are happy to spoil your career, you are fine with your job at risk always, you can always join this organization. The organization has no process, no good business ethics, no clear vision and experience how to handle their employees. Every day here would be a struggle for you and you will think every moment that you got into a trap and somehow you have to leave the organization after getting an opportunity in a good company. They even don't know how to communicate with the clients. They can fight with the clients infront of any team members. Overall, i feel there should be a parameter for companies as well, to know exactly how they are handling the things before we join the company. That way we can save ourselves. Don't get carried away with few positive reviews, you can guess why i am saying so. This organization is highly not recommended

I alredy left the company in early days of Covid-19. But this company and the management is not suitable in the market. HR policies are worst . No body take care about the salry part , exit formalities, releiving/experiecne letters. they wont update the PF in the portal regularly. They will dedcut the tax regulary , they wornt show it on ITR records. Form16 not yet released till now. March month salry also not released till now. took wrong decision to join here. Every body facing problem after joining here.
