Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? One main thing I dislike is agreement.Apart from that, Submission of projects ASAP is hectic task for the developers.They themselves have to do manual testing too before final submission and one main thing im not satisfied is that working on outdated technologies but not advanced technologies so chances of getting hike will be less. This is the main drawback as of now which I observed here.So lack of exposure to the latest market. So inorder to enhance ones skills fewer chances to excel in ones career
