The company could not match my expectations in terms of compensation, but due to challenging personal situations, I had to agree to what I was offered. Other than that I don't have any specific concerns or dislikes to share regarding my experience at APPSeCONNECT at this point in time. I'm enjoying my role, and I'm committed to contributing my best efforts!

The office culture, especially my team's. Colleagues are supportive and understanding. Excursion Trips from office. Flexible working environment. Opportunities to learn and grow.

The salary package. Quite low considering other company's pay grades.

The best part of working in APPSeCONNECT is the culture which they maintain and the flexibility of doing your work.

Dislikes

The one thing that I dislike about APPSeCONNECT is the salary and benefits provided to the employees which is comparatively less with the amount of effort the employees put in. Also, working in 2nd and 5th Saturdays is not all accepted for a product based company.

Birthday gifts are a delightful perk, and the opportunity for workcations is one of the many highlights at APPSeCONNECT. The teams here are exceptional.

Having office hours on both the 2nd saturday and 5th saturday can be less than ideal for a product -based company, in my opinion

See, If you are a hard working person, Coming office daily, although they follow hybrid mode, then this is a good place for you, You will learn new side by side opportunities.

Dislikes

Learning scope is very low, You either need to be super talented, delivering everything on time, or you need to pleased you manager and sceniors, There is no place for a moderate guy, who is normal office going person want to mention work life balance.
